Your loan officer at Mid America Mortgage will pay the seller up to $3,000 or 1% of the loan amount if our teams cannot close within 21 business days*. Mid America has partnered with Click n’ Close Title to double the guarantee for certain Texas counties.  If Click n’ Close Title is used, Mid America will match the amount up to $6,000 or 2% of the loan amount.
