Year End Statement:

Mid America Mortgage, Inc.’s year-end statements will be mailed by January 31, 2020. Year-end statements will also be available to view on Account Connect once they are mailed.

You will receive a separate year-end statement from LoanCare, LLC for the portion of the year they serviced your loan.

If your loan was serviced by any other loan servicers during 2019, you will also receive a year-end statement from them.

Mortgage Assistance:

We understand life can have some unexpected situations. We’re here to help in the event you are facing hardship. We offer hardship/loss mitigation review to evaluate for foreclosure alternatives. You may apply directly on our site and submit the documentation needed for review. Within 5 business days, we will reach out to you to advise the status of the application, whether it is complete or incomplete and what additional documentation may be needed to continue the review. We will also send you this information in writing.

Property Insurance Claim/Loss Draft:

If you receive a check from your insurer, you may contact our Loss Draft Department at (833) 249-6390.

If your insurer sends the claim check to us, we may endorse the check and send it to you. In some cases, we may deposit the insurance check into your escrow account and disburse the funds as the repairs are completed.

Payoff Request:

To request a payoff please email our Payoff Department at payoffs@midamericamortgage.com or payoffs@1tribal.com.

Please be sure to include the following information in your payoff request:

*Third party companies or person(s) may attach a signed authorization by all borrower(s) on the loan and send the request on behalf of a borrower*

How long will it take to receive my payoff statement?

We will send your payoff statement within 3 – 5 business days.
